About Us

Parkway Lake Estates is a beautiful community of sixty-seven custom homes built in 1994 conveniently located near Frankford and the North Dallas Tollway.  Surrounded by retail shopping and restaurants that are within walking distance or less than a short one mile drive.

The welcoming entrance of the development includes a common greenbelt area with mature trees, park benches, picnic tables and is adjacent to a large neighborhood brook.  Enjoy walking, jogging, fishing, biking and the variety of wildlife that the brook has to offer.
